Therapeutic consultative policlinic is intended for visit and medical service of 40000 population per year. Medical care provides for patients from Tashkent city, regions, districts and from the abroad by therapeutists of high category and narrow specialists as cardiologist, endocrinologist, neurologist and ophtalmologist. At the policlinics necessary investigations are performing for patients in order to identify diagnosis with following hospitalization at the departments of the a multidisciplinary clinic of Tashkent Medical Academy. For patients need to treat at the places of residence, medical assessment with recommendations will be given.

1 cardiologist of 2 category, 4 therapeutists with high category, 1 endocrinologist of 2nd category, 1 ophtalmologist of 2nd category, 2 neurologist of 2nd category are working at the consultative policlinic.

Patients with severe conditions and unclear diagnosis are undergone to the consultation of Tashkent Medical Academy professors and associate professors, then could be hospitalized to the appropriate departments.

At the reception of counseling policlinics, in order to improve the working with patients, in August 2016 multidisciplinary telephone service for twenty-four hours was organized. From January 2015, answerphone system was begun to work.

Answerphone service is using from 3 p.m. till 8 a.m. at working days and during the weekends. At working days, from 8 a.m. till 3 p.m. nurses are directly answering to the questions of the patients. At the order data of the multidisciplinary clinic of TMA patients with free of charge treatment, telephone number (8-371) 150-97-27 is indicated for twenty-four hours admission. Also there is a point “For feedback, please, give us your telephone number” for patients contact. Patients who were contacted, hospitalize by order. Before hospitalization, patients are informing about necessary analysis results, which should be done. Admission day of patients registers at the order notebook.
